Re: 6.2 CSPP MiRS Microwave Retrieval TEST File
Hi Roberto, In the work directory I see files from TWO runs of CSPP_MIRS for n19: -rw-r--r--. 1 root root 2730796 Nov 18 11:36 NPR-MIRS-IMG_v11r6_n19_s202008251441526_e202008251447020_c202111181136380.nc -rw-r--r--. 1 root root 2730796 Nov 18 11:49 NPR-MIRS-IMG_v11r6_n19_s202008251441526_e2020082514...

Re: 6.2 CSPP MiRS Microwave Retrieval TEST File
One last thing that would be helpful, Roberto.
3) The listing from command: $ ls -l output/ work/

Re: 6.2 CSPP MiRS Microwave Retrieval TEST File
Hi Roberto,
I have been unable to reproduce the error.
Please can you do the following for me?
1) Advise me of the OS that you are using.
2) Upload the n19.log file that was generated by the verification script.
Cheers,
-jim.

Re: Problem with processing l1b Metop data
The run_mirs.pl script tries to determine whether the input file is big- or little-endian by decoding the header record both ways and checking if the decoded year makes sense. I am wondering if your file has no header record - which would be a problem, not just for endian-ness but, as the code is pr...

Re: Sea surface temperature acspo module
Hello ticvie, I duplicated your problem. What I found was that ACSPO_V2-40_CSPP_20151120/bin/ACSPO-A_V2.40 makes a call to FUNCTION sensor_file_init() which returns a value of zero for tot_lines (after calling unpack_avhrr_header_record_klm()). ! tot_lines Total number of scan lines in the input fil...

MIRS v2.1
There is a potential error in the footprint matching for metopA and metopB. I have a patch ready for release, but it has not been announced or staged just yet. The patch is here: ftp://ftp.ssec.wisc.edu/pub/ssec/jimd/CSPP_MIRS_PATCH_V2.1.1.tar.gz The install procedure is simply to untar it in the ex...

Re: NUCAPS v2.0., testdata problem
Hi zion0210, Thanks for your feedback. That is very useful to know. lftp should definitely be added to System Requirements, and libcurl.so put (& tested) in $CSPP_NUCAPS_HOME/lib/ uuid-runtime and glibc I think I would normally to expect to be installed, but they would be good to note in a new s...

Re: NUCAPS v2.0., testdata problem
Please can you post the exact command line you used. I am a bit confused about the error message. If you get this message at all, it should look like, for example: WARNING: NUCAPS_Preproc.pl failed for /data/jimd/CSPP_NUCAPS_2_0/work/TMP_Wx_NIP/swath_001/granule_001 at /data/jimd/CSPP_NUCAPS_2_0/scr...

Re: Valid for Win 8.1 or must be installed on Win 7 or lower
Hello Wahid, I think the key is whether you can install a version of VMware Player on your Win 8.1 machine, since IMAPP VA 2.0 is really a collection of bash scripts plus executables compiled for a Linux computer, specifically Lubuntu 14.04.1 LTS. We provide a complete instance of this Linux machine...
