Details/Specifics of Change: On February 3, 2016 at 1729z, S-NPP will perform a 0.6 second propulsive Drag Make-UP (DMU) maneuver to maintain Repeating Ground Track. The following observatory systems will be affected on February 3, 2016.
17:03:00Z – 19:10:04Z CERES in Contam-Safe mode, science data will not be available
17:13:00Z – 17:40:06Z OMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not be available
17:18:00Z - 17:41:04Z HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable
17:23:00Z – 17:36:04Z S-NPP pointing off-nadir, collected data during that time period may be impacted and not disseminated

This has been postponed by ESPC. A makeup date has not yet been announced.
