error related to a newly created LUT binary input

For Land surface temperature(LST) , we need to update the Look up table for coefficient.
I　created a binary file with new coefficients.
Then I copied asc file for it.

There is one things about endian I would like to confirm about the binary.
I created in Linux server with little endian type. Should I swap it to big endian as input for LST?

I figured out what is wrong. It is due to array subscribing. Thanks always.
