Hello,
What is the MODIS collection versions corresponding to the MODIS atmospheric algorithms in IMAPP? Are they all Collection 6?

The MODIS atmosphere algorithms in the current Level 2 package are Collect 5. There will be a new version of the IMAPP MODIS Level 2 atmosphere package released in the next month that consists of Collect 6 algorithms.
