There is a potential error in the footprint matching for metopA and metopB. I have a patch ready for release, but it has not been announced or staged just yet. The patch is here: ftp://ftp.ssec.wisc.edu/pub/ssec/jimd/CSPP_MIRS_PATCH_V2.1.1.tar.gz

The install procedure is simply to untar it in the existing v2.1 distribution directory. For example …

cd /data/jimd/CSPP/CSPP_MIRS_2_1
wget ftp://ftp.ssec.wisc.edu/pub/ssec/jimd/CSPP_MIRS_PATCH_V2.1.1.tar.gz
tar -xzf CSPP_MIRS_PATCH_V2.1.1.tar.gz

If the file is missing from the ftp site, please reply to this post and I shall refresh it. -jim.
