Reminder: 2025 CSPP Users' Group Meeting Early Bird Registration Fee Expires February 7

Dear Colleagues,
The dates for the 2025 Community Satellite Processing Package (CSPP) Users’ Group Meeting are rapidly approaching. The meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on the Island of Guam, April 1-3. The early bird registration fee ($300) expires on February 7. Starting February 8, the fee increases to $350.
The meeting will be a great opportunity to share your experiences and hear from some of the leading experts in our field. The CSPP LEO and Geo software suites are all about community and we truly value your feedback and participation. While we know that Guam is a long trip for many, we believe the chance to connect with your peers in the Direct Broadcast community will be incredibly rewarding. Please join us as we review the latest advancements in our field and plan for upcoming challenges, such as the retirement of legacy satellite systems (e.g., POES, EOS) and the introduction of new systems (e.g., Metop-SG, GeoXO). The conference is a great opportunity to learn about low-latency satellite data acquisition and applications from the global community of government agencies, decision makers and vendors.

• Emerging Technologies sessions added that include AI/ML and Low and Ultra Low Latency
• Tuesday’s session will end with an evening ice breaker
• Wednesday’s session includes a dedicated Poster Session with 1 minute introductions
• Sessions include time for “Ask the experts” and "Advanced Techniques for Direct Broadcast Data Processing"
• Break refreshments and lunches provided each day

• A Block of rooms have been reserved at the conference hotel at the US Federal Rate of $159 per night .

Visa / Entry Requirements
