NPP will perform a Risk Mitigation Maneuver (RMM) to avoid a close approach with a piece of debris. The propulsive burn will last 0.5 seconds. The following observatory systems will be affected on 2015-11-05:

23:20:00 UTC – 01:27:01 UTC CERES in Contam-Safe mode, science data will not be available
23:30:00 UTC - 23:57:03 UTC OMPS in Decon mode, science data will not be available
23:35:00 UTC – 23:58:02 UTC HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable
23:40:00 UTC – 23:53:01 UTC S-NPP pointing off nadir and collected data during that time period may be impacted and not disseminated
